Levels== The Main Hub Is at Paris and the Cooper Van. The Cooper Van is where the you can play levels, a Gun for the Prologue, an Wreaked Ship for Tide of Terror, a Casino Table for Sunset Snake Eyes, a Ghost for Vicious Voodoo, a couple of Fireworks for Fire in the Sky and a Clockwerk Model for The Cold Heart of Hate. Once you completed the Prologue, you'll unlock all stories except for The Cold Heart of Hate which is unlocked after competing the other stories. The Police Headquarters are where you can buy all villans and all the other enemies, they are in prision cells, you can free them, once you free them, they'll rather be in Paris or walking in the Police HQ. Also in the PHQ, Camilita will sell upgrades for Sly's Cane. Lastly, in the Cooper Van, there is a stall and a portal to the bouns level, the stall has the Thievius Raccoonus which you can buy pages (the pages act like red bricks) which you can activate or deactivate when you are playing the game. Once you've completed the last level, you can drive the Cooper Van around Paris for some gold bricks.
